What we collect. When you contact us we receive only what you choose to share: your name, phone number, delivery address and message. Orders placed on Amazon are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy — we receive only the order details Amazon shares with its sellers.
How we use it. Purely to process your enquiry, confirm your order, arrange delivery and handle returns or warranty claims. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data with anyone.
WhatsApp messages. Tapping a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send, and that chat is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Payments. We never ask for card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs or bank passwords on WhatsApp. All online payments are collected by Amazon. Treat any such request as a fraud attempt and report it to us.

3. Orders on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after we reply accepting it, you pay the agreed amount, and we acknowledge receipt.
4. Prices. Prices, offers and stock are set on Amazon and may change at any time without notice. The price shown on the Amazon listing at the moment you check out is the applicable price. Prices shown on this website, if any, are indicative only.
